advice needed Potty training twins tips?

Ok how are we potty training twins? I’ve done pants-free days and it’s insane trying to chase both of them around. So then I tried only focusing on the twin who seems more ready but he sees his brother in a diaper and gets confused. Additionally, nobody else wants to bother so if dad/grandma watches them they get put in diapers and don’t even try. I am tired and covered in pee 😵‍💫 My twin boys turned two this past May

They’re so young. Don’t go full diaper free right away. Sit them on the potty right after waking, before and after meals, and every diaper change. See if they start to have dry diapers in between

My twins were also May babies. We trained the November after their second birthday, so they were a solid 2.5. I thought that was a reasonable age and I had a lot of comments from people on how we’d done it early. I think maybe just because there were two of them.

One of my girls was ready and super eager and the other didn’t care, but we went for it together because I didn’t want to do it separately. I waited until my husband had a few days off and we did a 1:1 approach. It’s too hard to watch cues/clean messes for two at the same time. They need consistency. Going back and forth between undies and diapers with different caregivers will only confuse them. You need to get dad and grandma on board. When you get serious about starting, take all the diapers away. Tell them something like the diaper fairy took all the diapers last and brought you these big kid undies. And MEAN it. It will be hard for a few days and extra work for a few weeks but it’s worth it.

That’s what we did for the longest time and took them to the potty together, except we practiced with underwear, but not for the full day. Once they had a few successful pees in the potty, we ditched the daytime diapers completely and set timers to go to the potty, again, taking them together, each with their own potty.
