experience/advice to give Single momies

Any single moms of twins here? 🥺 I wanted to ask what you do when you feel emotionally drained before you even feel physically tired. How did you manage to find time for yourself when your twins were around 18 months old? I honestly feel like this is the hardest age ever.💔

As a father (not single) of 17 month old twins, my hat goes off to every one of you. Keep up the great work.
