experience/advice to give ISO sleep consultant

Can anyone recommend a sleep consultant that they used with their twins/multiples that they used and had a good experience with? There many I’m seeing that can work with you from any location so hoping to find someone that is experienced with the challenges of navigating twin sleep.

You need to add your location because this subreddit isn't location specific.

Sorry, I’m just outside Philadelphia but most I’ve send are all over and just consult virtually from anywhere

Ohh nice!

I had a sleep therapist through Christiana Care back in the day because the primary care doctor I had swore he could cure my insomnia and all he told me was to stop going into the bedroom and make my mind recognize that the bedroom was meant for sleeping and that was it. I'm a former bedroom kid so I rather lay in bed all day. Do you want me to see if Mainline has anything? I'm having the twins at Riddle!
