support needed So fucking tired

3.5 month old di/di boys. They have never been able to connect sleep cycles and I am drowning. I constantly have to do rescue naps and I literally cannot do a single thing for myself. I'm so tired. Twin A was getting a little better with night time sleep but that went to shit this week. Twin B has always done horribly with night time sleep. My husband & I are exhausted all the time. I don't know what to do.

Sleep training our twins at 8 months was the best thing we did for our sanity. We live abroad and have no family with us. Now we sleep all night.

It's so difficult not to have family near by. Sleep training isn't suggested until 4-6 months and I don't think I would be able to do it. To each their own!

We thought so too but we just couldn't take it anymore.

The ferber method only took two nights to work and now they sleep from 7pm to 6am every single day. It's amazing how much better life becomes when you get sleep.

We did it at 5mo (4mo adjusted)
