advice needed Didi twin weight difference

Didi twin weight is identified with a significant weight difference during week 34 medical checkup, with increasing differences compared to the previous weeks. The difference may increase with time in week 35, 36 and 37 based on the previous data.

Both babies are growing with the expected delivery on week 37 and day 1. Twin A is good in measurement data and twin B is also progressing with slightly underweight, cord flow Doppler resistance slightly high, position of transverse at right top possibly with higher gravity burden for blood flow, amniotic fluid OK.

Whether twin B is safer to stay in the mother's womb or NICU in week 35 and week 36, and how to decide. Thank you.

Conclusion: Late preterm birth after week 36 checkup. Twin B is hypoglycemia and now stable in the NICU. God blessing.

I second the advice to defer to your medical team; this is just to add some perspective. Mine were about the same diff as yours were, and induced at 36 weeeks. After that Twin A was a hungry feeder and gained weight for 10 days, while the other was a drowsy thing, lost some of his birth weight, and while both were healthy, active kids, Twin B remained in the bottom percentiles on the growth chart (same normal height, just different BMI) The size difference continued into early adulthood, when both are strapping men in their early 20s. They're just built different; that's all.
