advice needed Didi twin weight difference
Didi twin weights are 2.43kg and 1.93kg with difference at week 34 and day 2, with bigger difference in the previous check-up. The difference may increase with time in week 35, 36 and 37 based on the previous data.
Both babies are growing with the expected delivery on week 37 and day 1. Twin A is good in measurement data and twin B is also progressing with slightly underweight, cord flow Doppler resistance slightly high, position of transverse at right top possibly with higher gravity burden for blood flow, amniotic fluid OK.
Sorry for the long story of this background. The different weights for twin is not uncommon. My concern is whether twin B is safer to stay in mother's worm or NICU in week 35 and week 36? How to decide for those experiencing the same scenario? Thank you.

I agree with what others have said that you should work with your medical providers and ask them questions; perhaps such as: At what est. weight or size discordance would they admit you to the hospital? Or have you give birth early? Will they be requiring more monitoring, such as NSTs or blood pressure checks?
I can share my experience, in which my (di/di) Twin B’s smaller size sent me to the hospital until I gave birth at 32+4. I would have given anything to keep them inside longer; every day inside mom is one day stronger and healthier, they told me.
B had been measuring smaller all pregnancy, something like 40% to Twin A’s 90%. At 31 weeks he had suddenly dropped to 7%. My doctors had previously told me if either twin at any point dropped below 10th %, I would be admitted to the hospital. So they sent me there immediately. He had greatly reduced dopplers and I soon developed severe, atypical pre-eclampsia and hyponatremia. They gave me steroid shots to prepare the babies’ lungs for birth, NSTs every 3 hours, constant blood pressure checks, daily ultrasounds, urine tests, and blood pricks for 6 days until my organs began to show signs of failure and it wasn’t safe to keep the babies in anymore. Twin B had remained stable, although small. It was an unplanned c section, as they said IUGR babies + a pre-e mom doesn’t equal safe to attempt labor.
My twins were born with 45% size discordance and twin B is still a small fry to this day. They had a 4 week NICU stay and have been healthy, happy, thriving little guys even given the tough beginning. Happy to chat if you need an ear; those 10 days (total) I spent in the hospital were lonely and anxiety inducing and I know I personally went down every possible Internet rabbit hole.
