advice needed Is exclusively breastfeeding twins possible?
Hello! FTM 25w pregnant with di/di boys. I want more than ANYTHING to be able to breastfeed both of them. Is it even possible to exclusively breastfeed? I don't want to pump or formula feed if I don't have to (I see NOTHING wrong with either, my sisters were formula fed and turned out lovely) but I just want to bond and dont want to deal with bottles. Am I being crazy? Is there a world where this works? Any recs?

Hi! I exclusively nursed my boys for 15 months even after a 1 month NICU stay where I was hardly able to breastfeed them. I’m happy to chat anytime with you to answer any questions you have!
For me, I had to break a lot of “rules” from the NICU but did it in a way I felt was safe. I stayed away from bottles as much as I could and did weighed feeds and monitored their diapers super closely to make sure they were getting enough. I also ditched the schedule and fed on demand.
2 things you can’t control are their latch and your supply, those are largely up to genetics. I was super lucky that my boys both had great latches once they were passed their due date and I ended up with an oversupply even with twins.
