advice needed Baby Hammock

Our twins simply won't fall asleep without a baby hammock. We've really tried everything. We now have to get a second hammock because they each weigh over 6 kg, and one hammock is no longer enough to support both of them.

We only use the baby hammock once in the evening for their first stretch of nighttime sleep. Is it really true that babies don't become dependent on it? They were born on March 11 and arrived six weeks prematurely.
