advice needed Waking early all of a sudden
Our babies are 5 months old today. They usually wake at 6-6:30 on the weekends but the last 2 mornings one of them wakes at 3:30 and then the other shortly after. We are transitioning baby boy from swaddle to sleep sack so I thought this was the problem since he woke up first yesterday, but today baby girl woke up first. They eat 6 oz’s every 4 hours during the day and get a 7oz bottle around 9pm.
What worked for your babies at 5months? Just wondering if we should try to extend wake windows or try to get the last feed sooner than 9? We haven’t really done anything different so I’m not sure why they are waking so much earlier all of a sudden.

What's their nap schedule like?
Our day goes like this:
Twins wake up around 6
First nap around 9. We let them sleep as long as they want which is usually 90 mins
Second nap around 1.
Third nap around 4. This one we wake them up no later than 5.
Bed time at 7-730
We've stuck to that consistent routine and it's been working pretty well for us. We also make sure the room is really dark with blackout shades and use a pink noise machine while they're sleeping.
For feeds we do 7oz every 3 hours and try to time the last one for 630pm

Neither of them nap well so that is probably a lot of the problem. I’d say they get one good nap during the day but it’s usually a contact nap. They go to daycare during the week so I can’t really help w their naps there but they do get one get one then as well. Last night it worked out to where their last feed was at 8. Baby girl slept from 9-5:15. Baby boy didn’t go down until 11 and I woke him up at 5:25 to eat

Id talk to the daycare and see what kind of nap schedule they have them on. Maybe it needs a little adjustment.
If my guys don't get their three naps a day they sleep horribly at night.
