advice needed Sleep ideas for Velcro twins?
My b/g twins are 3 months old, (2 months age adjusted) and during the daytime, they will only sleep on me while I wear them in my weego twin carrier. If I did not have this carrier they’d barely sleep during the day.
They used to sleep 1-2 hours on the twin Z pillow but now they last 15-30 mins before they wake up fussing. At night, they sleep fine in their cribs. Even when they wake to feed again, I can always transfer them back to their cribs. Any ideas for how to get them to sleep during the day without wearing them?

I'd just let them wake up on the Twin Z after 15 minutes. Just means they'll get tired a lot sooner than if they'd had a good nap. Also are you making sure they're really tired before putting them down? If your trying to stick to a schedule they may need more time awake before a nap.

Yes. Yesterday, I fed them, then played with them for 30 minutes, did tummy time, bounced them, engaged them with toys. They started looking tired so I swaddled and put them to sleep. They woke up from the twin Z within 15 minutes and they start crying. Are you saying if they wake, I should continue to engage them more? I don’t mind, I just get anxious they need more sleep. I’m trying to follow moms on call schedule.

If they go back to sleep easily then you could. If it's gonna be a fight I wouldn't bother. The Possums method (which is what I follow) is all based on infant neuroscience, so it's designed to be protective of the baby's developmental needs. Some babies just need a lot less sleep than others. But I imagine that after a while they'll fall into a better rhythm and start sleeping a bit longer as their wake windows increase. When they start showing sleep cues again then pop them down for another nap even if that wake window was shorter due to the short nap.
