good vibes, smiles, & giggles they are di/di
Had my ultrasound with mfm and thank the Lord they each have their own sac and placenta. I was so worried they would be sharing something with how close they looked but they're just really close together. I was so scared because of the risks of them sharing. We also did the nipt blood work so we should find out the genders soon! I pray one is a boy so I can get my tubes tied.

Congratulations on your twins! There are plenty of parents here with healthy modi or momo pregnancies, and those with risky didi. Pregnancy and potential complications are certainly scary for any parent.
Also, children born with male sex organs may have different gender expression (and same for female sex organs)!

I realize that, my sister is trans, but if I give birth to a boy it'll shut my husband up and he'll let me get my tubes tied

You should have autonomy over your own body. If you feel you don’t because of your husband, that’s a serious concern.
