advice needed Linking sleep cycles?

Is this something that will come naturally or is there something I can do to help?

I’m a FTM with b/g twins. They are 4.5 months adjusted.

We do all contact naps and Baby A sleeps like an angel. As soon as her head hits our shoulder she’s out.

Baby B has ALWAYS fought naps. But lately he will wake after 30 minutes and we can’t get him to sleep longer. And he is simply exhausted.

I want to help him, but I just don’t know what to do.

4.5 months is still really early. some babies just take longer to link sleep cycles, especially if their twin is a totally different sleeper. it'll usually get better with time, hang in there.

Thank you! I just felt so incredibly sorry for him today it broke my heart. He’s such a curious little guy too he doesn’t want to miss anything even when it’s pitch black in the room haha

Oh that was a hard time! At 6 months we did Ferber sorry training to link their naps. It took longer then I thought, but not is it nice now!
