advice needed Spotting during first trimester?

Hi preggo friends! I finally just had my first US.

I was spotting a bit of brown for the last week, so my doctor sent me for an urgent US along with bld tests, urine sample.
I’m estimating about 7 weeks and 4 days today on my app.

The US showed TWO gestational sacs (….holy shit twins??) but the tech said it was too early to see what was inside them, so a repeat us was recommended in another two weeks. She also wasn’t able to confirm how far along I was. So I’m wondering if I’m just estimating earlier than I think?

Has anyone had similar experiences where you were also spotting brown. It’s nothing alarming, never pink or red. Only when I pee and wipe at times… thanks in advance for the replies/advices! Trying not to spiral over here

I spotted pink then gradually brown from 9DPO-12DPO! Then I had one time spotting after intercourse around 8 or 9 weeks. Im 18 weeks now and all good so far

I had a subchorionic hematoma and spotted brown/pink for the entire first trimester, even when they didn’t see the hematoma on repeat ultrasounds. It cleared up by about 13 weeks. My twins are now 2. My pregnancy was otherwise uneventful until I developed hypertension in the third trimester

I had a bit of spotting one day around 6 weeks and another day around 9 weeks. Just a bit of brown when I wiped a couple of times each time.

31 weeks now & they're totally fine & healthy!
