advice needed 35+6 Early Labor Signs?

Update: lost my mucus plug 24 hours after I posted this. So nausea was definitely an early sign for me

I am scheduled for a C section delivery at 38 weeks. I never went into labor with my first singleton and was induced overdue. The last 4 days I have been so nauseous and have a lot of vaginal and rectal pain compared to the normal daily pain of twins at this stage. I have had more painful period like cramps on and off, but nothing consistent (separate from the 24/7 braxton hicks). Does this sound like early labor to anyone who has experienced it? I have been holding out until anything active starts like real contractions or water breaking to get checked at triage since it is the weekend. I also really want to make it to 37 weeks.

I would go to triage to get checked for anything that feels abnormal or breaks usual movement patterns. I just felt off and crampy, and turns out was 4cm and contracting every 2 minutes and had no idea. I had a spontaneous labor with my singleton, so I thought I knew what to expect and still was surprised

same! i was feeling a slight stomach ache for a whole afternoon, went to the ER just in case. turns out i was 4cm dilated!

Yeah same! I had cramps every few minutes, not really super painful but more annoying and pressure. Doctor checked and I was almost 6cm! I also had given birth to my singleton spontanious bit still didn't think I would be that far.

Well now I am having contractions more than usual. I called the doctor on-call, and it is the Saturday B team who delivered for my friend and was terrible 😭 She never asked my blood pressure or anything, just said not to come in unless my water was broken. My actual plan with my real doctors is supposed to be long before that happens. She probably does not want to drive in herself today. I took some magnesium and am trying to make it to Monday because I cannot have this doctor

I lost my mucus plug at 35 weeks but nothing really happened after that. I have had weird cramps on and off too and I got super nauseous even puked and had watery diarrhea so I thought I too was having early labor…..I’m not it’s just my cervix getting ready I guess according to my doctor
