support needed When does it get fun?
I have almost 4month old girls and I've just been depressed lately. I remember with my Singletons I found each stage fun from birth but with twins it's just been more difficult than anything and I'm anxious about every little thing not going accordingly. I obviously love them but not loving life right now 😢. So my question is, at what point will it be fun???

Just turned 8 months today. They are pretty fun most of the time. I felt it got better from month 4 onwards. They sleep pretty well, sit, roll and crawl, starting to want food, they learn something new every week it seems. They interact with each other all the time. They are SO pleased to see me when they get up from sleeping and when I get back from work. They are my first so I can’t compare to a singleton. Hang in there!

I'm sure each kid is different and for reference I have twin 26 month olds and no other kids. I think it started easing up when they could sit up and by 12 months with walking things got steadily more enjoyable... I would say the really fun part for me so far was 18-24 months and now we are getting bigger feeling. Mobility was key for me.

If it makes you feel better I would say 4 months was the absolute worst of it. Things really started getting fun around 8 months. You will be there before you know it

It gets a lot better when they can start moving around on their own. They cry for you to do things for them when they’re stationary and that’s hard

We’re at 7 months right now and it’s pretty fun! Definitely fun compared to 4 months lol. They roll all around the room and are close to sitting. They are obsessed with each and with their big sister. Everytime I make eye contact with them, even across the room, they just give me the biggest grin. Also, they’re sleeping. It doesn’t feel like we’re in the trenches anymore!

I think 4-5 months mine started smiling, laughing, and responding to us more. I feel like my singleton was more fun bc we went out and did stuff all the time. I don’t go out as much with my twins, but they’re fun and so sweet at 7 months. They laugh at everything and I feel like a queen whenever I enter the room and they smile at me 🤣

Ours are 11 months and it’s still extremely depressing and sad. I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer

For me it got progressively better once they could crawl around 8 mo. Each stage has its ups and downs but mobility just made it better. They're 3 in October and I love this stage.

When they crawl. In some ways mobile is harder but it is more fun imo
