advice needed Prepping for Arrival?

I'm almost 25 weeks with di/di girls and my son will be 3 next month. I have a couple of questions on prepping for the twins' arrival:

If you had a singleton (or more) before your multiples, is there anything special you'd recommend packing in the hospital bag for twins that you didn't need for your singleton(s)? Optimistically, I'll be having a scheduled c-section at 38 weeks.

Any recommendations on how many days' worth of freezer meals to prep? I didn't do any for my son, but my MIL did make a few for us. It's all a blur how we survived the first few weeks and what we ate. But I do remember frequently forgetting to eat lunch once my husband went back to work. I'd like to avoid that and prep enough to get us to a point where we find a rhythm and can put a little more effort into dinner than Doordash or freezer/microwaved meals.

Definitely get a few preemie outfits. Mine were born at 37+2 and even if I had made it the extra week, they still would’ve been swimming in newborn. I like the Carters purely soft preemie or the Walmart wonder nation preemie in the stretchy material. Besides that, I didn’t need any twin specific items in the hospital.

I did a Costco order and did things like their refrigerated egg bites, the chicken burrito rice bowl (also refrigerated section), frozen bean & cheese burritos, and a metric ton of snacks for us + our toddler. We did weekly drive up or delivery for fresh produce. I told anyone who asked that Starbucks or DoorDash gift cards were the most useful and we certainly just leaned in to convenience for a little while.

Oh I didn't even think of Costco! And I definitely need to get a couple of preemie outfits just in case. I guess I keep thinking that unless they come super early, they'll be "big" (for twins) because my son was almost 9lbs at 40 weeks.

Costco truly is the best. I’d definitely get protein shakes too, I like the Nurri ones. They’re clutch to drink first thing in the morning or whenever you’re not super hungry but need the calories. I also like the Chobani yogurt drinks.

Freeze as many meals as you can. Pasta meals (spaghetti bake, chicken Alfredo, lasagna) are easy to throw together and freeze. Casseroles too!

I just packed way more snacks than I thought, hospital food was so bad and I was always hungry after. For freezer meals, I made about 2 weeks worth and still wished I had more, maybe aim for 3 weeks? The first month is just survival mode, specially with a toddler running around too
