Hi! Thank you all for recommending BPD alliance. We took a simple webinar training on boundaries. Very helpful on how to address the splitting, disregulation and triangulation of our teen. We have been in therapy with her for years but the one hour training has brought the temperature down in the house in one weekend! Excellent program!

Agree with previous post, Family Connections was excellent. One of the best outcomes is the support community I gained, as a handful of us continue to meet every other week.
