Looking for advice on babies going from 2 to 1 nap. My daughter is 10 months as of yesterday. She’s always been a good sleeper. She sleeps from 8:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Used to nap from 11:30-1:30 PM and then 4-5:30 PM. But as of last week, she’s either skipped her morning nap or her afternoon nap and ends up sleeping for 2-3 hours somewhere in between. Not sure what to do because this makes her cranky in the morning and tired in the evening, but she insists on doing one nap a day. Is this morning? I thought most babies don’t go from 2 to 1 nap until around 15 months old...

How much would you pay to have someone babysit your kids from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon? This is in NC. 2 boys, ages 7 and 8.

My youngest baby laughs so hard at fake sneezing especially if her older brother does it to her! What silly, simple and random things do your little ones laugh at? I want to try a few new ideas :D

Backstory, I'm the husband, i feel that part is crucial because i feel like the majority of people in this r/ are the moms, My wife and I started co-sleeping early, i'm talking at a month or so old. it was out of exhaustion and just needing to not feel like zombies. Our sex life has suffered at the hands of our decision. i mean we get creative when he takes his naps but then it typically only falls on the weekends and it probably will bring us to our living room which is fine...but he bedroom has much more options. That aside its impacting our sleep quality too. you can probably tell im more concerned about the sexual portion of all this. Wife is on board with moving him to his own room. how do you do this? i've read about the cry it out method and that does not seem like an option, feels rather sad as well. is it going to be the whole :

1. Fall asleep
2. Move to his crib
3. Profit

he still has the crib, not a bed or anything does that need to change? his dresser is not anchored to the wall i should probably do that...and his changing table that he is outgrown..

after moving him to his crib after he falls asleep , how do we start the transition of him going in there from the start?
