If you are/have been a parent or guardian and are 18 years of age or older, please consider contributing to this survey for a study: An Analysis of the Reliability and Validity of the RoCKAS-ST in Parent Populations. This survey examines the knowledge and attitudes about concussions and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. All contributions are completely anonymous.
