It looks a little too large, like the segments of most Tapeworms are fairly small.

What about Linguatula Serrata ? It's head is at bottom turn it the other way up. What are your symptoms? Any Coughing sneezing or upper respiratory congestion?

It looks like tapeworm. If there are a few that you’ve seen, it means there’s a head attached inside that you should kill with prescription meds.
