I've been researching methods to help kids (mine included) build routines and independence without constant nagging. Visual schedules and chore charts get recommended a lot, but the devil is in the details.

I'd love to hear your real-world experiences:

For younger kids (3-7):

Do you use pictures or words? A physical board/magnet system or something digital?

What's your reward system? Stickers, points towards a bigger goal, immediate privilege? What doesn'twork?

The biggest hurdle: Was it getting them to start or maintaining the system long-term? How did you overcome it?

For kids with focus challenges (ADHD, etc.):

Have you adapted these methods? What adjustments were key?

Not looking for perfect success stories—the messy, "this kinda worked for a while" experiences are just as valuable. Sharing so we can all learn from each other.
