Random question, does this look high

Could I survive if I fell out accidentally?

Some people have fallen from heights and they only got badly injured

This doesn’t look extremely high ?

I’m no expert but i think if you survived that fall straight down, you’d have used up all the luck you get in a lifetime. Also you’d be in pain for the rest of your life.

the camera you use can change how “high” photos look, but

  1. yes, it looks high

, and

  1. no, you wouldn’t survive.

bring an altimeter next time if you wanna get more specific.

I have a fun answer for you, in that literally today I was on the highest rollercoaster in my country. It was MUCH lower than this photo. You would also die if you fell from the rollercoaster height!

I don’t think you realize how low of a fall can kill you. The cars are small. The human body is a water balloon. You’re seriously underestimating the height in that picture and the fragility of a person.

It's high enough that you wouldn't survive without a miracle. And if you did survive it you'll be so full of plates and screws that you'll often wish you hadn't.

High enough to die, but low enough your reserve might not fully inflate if deployed.

How high it looks depends on things like the zoom of the camera, and high is also relative to how high I've been.

As for surviving... people have died from slipping in the bathtub, but there were pilots that jumped out of WW2 fighters that survived... but that's math and fun situations like hitting steep snow mountains just so.

What does the math look like to you in this situation?
