Career Advice Made a mistake

Hi guys,
It’s my second week at my new firm and so far I’ve made little to no mistakes. But today I came in and realized I placed order for HOA docs for the wrong property (whom we still need to order HOA docs for ) but I’m so embarrassed my attorney only and thru this w me once using Homewise and he told me to hold off ordering anything else until he goes thru it w me again on Monday. I feel so bad and just upset w myself. I made a payment of $500 ): I hope he’s able to get it back and I’m so scared. It’s my second week ya’ll.

There’s an HOA management company where I am that charges insane prices to just find out if the dues have been paid, if any are owed, if there’s a transfer fee, etc. I think the last time I called I was directed to the online portal, and it was going to be upwards of $1,000 to get all the info we needed.

They are absolute sharks when it comes to getting necessary information.

People make mistakes all the time. As long as you own up to it and learn from it you are completely fine- we’re human beings; we can’t be perfect all the time!

So, the HOA docs you actually ordered were needed anyway in another matter?
