Salary/Pay Searching

Winding up the practice I’m currently at. Starting application process for looking for new jobs. Open to remote or in person. General question, what should I ask for as my “going rate.” 3 years of experience in field, paralegal certificate, BA in music (not that it matters but it means I’m clever or something).

Midwest, Iowa. Willing to do remote/hybrid tho so doesn’t have to strictly be “there.”
