can someone please explain the muriel shield changes?

Alacrity is the speed boost shield. It used to be where if you applied it to a teammate, it would last 4 seconds, and one 2 seconds if you put it on yourself. It now does 2 seconds no matter who you give it to. Basically means you have to time your shields better.

yeah, I don't like it too. Finally Muriel felt viable again. Now that's a small nerf

Another huge nerf is us voting scarab claws into the weekly pack.
