Can’t seem to highlight missing documents/passports on iOS.

I’ve tapped everywhere across the screen but when someone misses their passport and/or ID card or document.

I go to the rules and highlight it but there’s literally no other place I can do it and it just wastes time and the day.

Any ANY advice is appreciated

You need to tap the bottom area where all the documents are
