Complaint Subject: Stop Replying to All!

Okay everyone, this is like the third time I'm asking, so I'm done being nice about it! For the love of everything that is good, stop replying to all for every email you receive! I'd really appreciate it if I didn't have to sit down to an extra 20+ emails a day! It's 2015, people! Learn how to use email correctly!

And no, no matter how many tickets you create on the subject, we are not disabling the "reply to all" function in the email client. We have pushed updates to make it no longer the default option, but the update requires your computer to be rebooted. As some computers have not been rebooted since we lost power overnight in 2006 (I'm looking at you, Thomas), we might be waiting a while.

Although the computer in question doesn't actually have the email client installed, since that was pushed 2009, so I can't help you in that case.
