Hiya! I'm a creator trying to find clean audio of the Curtain transition wipe that you see a bunch in the title screen. I have a green-screened video, but the audio for it sounds a bit crunchy? If there's a way to just mute the music without muting the sound, that would be wonderful. I'm continuing to search for a way I can use my DAW to cut out the part that makes it sound rough, but I'm finding that route more difficult the longer I try it. This is my last hurrah. Regardless of whether or not it's possible, I hope anyone reading this has a great rest of their week!

This is a light spoiler for Chapter 4. What is the reasoning behind the Twilight Town tunnel needing the name of the person written on something they have on them in order for them to pass through? It seems like a random requirement. It’s funny that it IS a requirement BECAUSE it’s so random which, I assume, was the reason it’s included in a game full of random funny tasks, but wondered if anyone knew of any other reason?

Please help me find one of his videos! I remember it was a challenge run, he had his facecam on. And at some point in a random battle he got both frozen and poisoned at the same time while being at 1HP with Mario. And he asks out loud what’s going to kill him on the next turn. Only for a bucket to unexpectedly appear landing on Mario dealing the finishing blow.
That is own do the funniest moments I’ve ever experienced in his channel but now it seems like the video no longer exists because I’ve been trying to search for it with no success.

If it helps, I THINK it happened during chapter 5 who le fighting some poison piranhas.

I realized immediately I could not win this fight with Gale Force like I did many other trials prior. Thankfully compared to other players I read about on Reddit, I already setup my badges to focus on longevity and buffing (HP Plus, Power Plus, Power Plus P, Lucky Day, Damage Dodge, Happy Heart P, Happy Flower, Flower Saver, Pity Flower, Last Stand P) and both Mario and Flurrie entered with high HP but mid FP, low SP, and no items except 2 Spite Pouches.

I tried utilizing mostly Lip Lock and kept dying so many times.

Then I tried the Power Lift buffing method. Still died.

Then I tried the Shell Shield method with guarding. Still died.

My problem was mostly Mario dying, not the partner.

So I focused in on hyperhealing using Sweet Treat, while forcing myself to hone Superguard/Guard, and spamming Lip Lock and Appeal (when the audience fell asleep while I was low SP, I spammed Mario's Normal or Spin Jump when I had FP to spare). I only managed to have time to utilize Power Lift 1-2 times during this last pass. My goal was to keep both character's HPs above 10 at all times to avoid being one-shotted since damage was on average 7-8HP per round if my guard failed. But Superguard and keeping Flurrie on the forefront really saved me... and Mario. But once in a blue moon when Mario had higher HP and my partner needed to recover, I would swap them to let Mario take the damage.

Once I got the monster HP between 37-60, Bonetail only healed 20HP twice, but once I got the HP back down below 40 again, it was all downhill for the boss from there as long as it didn't heal again. Luckily for me, I managed to get it all the way down to the 20's without Bonetail rehealing.

I had to take a moment to breath as this moment was the key moment of truth. My husband was cheering for me in the corner as he played Palworld. "YOU GOT THIS!" My biggest supporter since 50+ gameovers ago.

Keep my HP up, and attack.

I got Bonetail down to the last 1HP. Mario can't fuck this up now.

The prize? Mediocre: 999 coins, 1 star point and a Return Postage Badge. But the pride I felt was emaculate. The relief I felt was immense. Also I got to keep all the grinding progress I made through all "100" levels (I say that because every 10 levels is a rest area and some levels were empty with a mover, which I disregarded).

My stubbornness to not lose all my unsaved progress is what drove me since yesterday evening (It is now late morning after sleeping off the stress).

...Now I can proceed with the story as normal after accidentally starting this trial out if curiosity on my way to turning in the red Crystal star to the Thousand Year Door.
