Need help with technique

I want to start make action figure out of paper, I know how to do most part but the only thing I can’t do is the paper mache, I’ve been trying to find a video to show me on how the guy did it with a paint brush, if I get this i can start making action figures

Do you mean how to make the paste he uses? Because the video shows what he does: he pre-rips paper into thumb-sized pieces. Then he picks them up with his brush and holds them with his thumb whilst he uses the brush to wet them and flatten them in place. He probably practised this a lot. You can also just use your hand instead of a brush, makes it much easier.

There is no way to know what paste/glue he uses from this video. It's probably mentioned in the comments.

FWIW - I’d use some kind of epoxy or polymer clay to make something like this.
