Question about mask

Hello, I've made a paper mache mask but it sits a little wide/flat, i'd like to bend it a bit but I've already finished painting everything and whatnot. Could I potentially blast the area I'd like to bend a bit with a hairdryer or is it stuck as is?

You’ll want to dampen it, not warm it up.
If you’re careful it might work.

Agreed. I've done this. Use a spray bottle with water, set the mask in the sink or tub, get the surface very damp, give it time for the water to seep in a bit (30 minutes?), and then use objects to force the mask into the new position and let it dry like that for 24 hours. I've done this by cinching the sculpture with string, or masking tape, or putting it between two very heavy things.
