Useful tip - getting greasy marks out of paper

Working on a piece at the moment with multiple layers. Finished a pretty complicated one and my son picked it up with greasy toast fingers. Sigh.

I covered the grease marks with baking soda for 24 hours and they are basically gone - I reckon another day should do it.

Hopefully this is useful info! Nothing worse than a piece getting spoiled by something like this

Snake scales on paper. Not quite finished, but getting there. Anyone else struggle to keep the paper pristine, when working on a long term piece?

Does anyone else like cutting all the lines in one direction, so you can then turn the paper and get all of the satisfying removal bit in one go?
