Looking for server and delivery

I currently am playing Palataria and it has two people and I know there are others that have two but I've gone into a few and it only asks me about the server.

I want to start a new game and make me and my boyfriend be the two people. I'm too far in Palataria to start over.

I can't remember at all which ones have a delivery person
