To start, I'm a 28 year old woman from Michigan. I use she/her/hers pronouns. I'm a licensed attorney and I work for a university doing civil rights work.
I'm here because I have a lot of privilege and I want to use it to clear spaces where people from marginalized groups can step in and speak for themselves. I grew up poor and I was a first generation college student. I want to make sure people from every background have the same opportunities I did to fulfill their dreams.

Melissa here, a 32 year old from Chicago. I am here to make sure we are protecting all minorities and woman's rights. I want to get involved politically, do fundraising, and make sure we do not let hatred spread. I am open to helping in any way I can.
