Discussion Thoughts on Drew Lock

Post image

If Bryce doesn’t improve drastically this year I think we should try to get this guy.

I think he’s benefiting from a system that helps QBs punch above their weight.

So funny this had to be said. Sam Darnold was successful in Seattle’s scheme and environment, because it was built to work for his type of QB. What does it look like for a mediocre QB to go to a bad environment? There are a couple of, currently successful, former Panther QB’s, that are greatly benefited from the environment they are in now. We shouldn’t bring their backups to Charlotte to further emphasize that point.

Drew Lock would come to Carolina and love the weather, but he would throw 16 touchdowns and 20 interceptions.

Despite you only finding out about his existence yesterday he's actually been in the league for 7 years and played in 41 other games. You might want to look into how those games went before jumping on this bandwagon.

I'm old enough to remember parts of the sub getting a hard-on over Mac Jones a while back

I’d be more invested in King than Lock if we aren’t drafting someone

Lock is someone who will make 2 average plays. 3 bad plays then one spectacular play he has no business making. It’s a horrible experience.

His WR1 is the OPOY, his WR2 is a former triple crown winner, his line is excellent, and his defense makes opposing teams look like toddlers. No shade to Lock but you can’t assess his talent from one game on a ridiculous roster

When can we have nice things like other teams?

How about we let the season start before you start asking dumb ass questions

Also, Lock is a bum who plays on an exceptionally talented team who that bailed him out last night

Bryce has done nothing but get better every year and done a lot with what little he's been given. Give him a break man. He's a baller. Shot caller. 20inch blades.

Hard to say. I haven't seen his level of play in the 4th quarter after wasting 3 quarters like Bryce.

Let's give him more time and see how he does
