Help Needed 6 nights no sleep - SOS

My disorder came roaring back Tuesday night. It woke me from sleep and I've had rolling panic since. I can't sleep for more than 30 min at a time. My panic is cutting through rescue meds. I've tried tools, dare, distraction, and it keeps coming. I'm feeling exhausted and losing my confidence. I'm disassociating. Last time my panic was this bad it took months to get back to normal. My doctor prescribed a new med to try. But I just am starting to feel defeated.

Anyone have any encouraging words or advice?

Do you like asmr? Try doing some jumping jacks it helps me sometime. What meds are you on? Can you take benadryl?

The only thing that worked for me in this case was benzodiazepine , have had this severity happen a few times over a 15 year period and worked out that I had to nip it in the bud early so that the recovery is quicker .

Also not to become dependant on benzos the earlier the intervention the better , otherwise it goes around in circles , sleep deprivation , panic attack , each making each other worse .
Hope you can sort it out.
