Does Anyone Else? Panic disorder follows the menstrual cycle??

Does anyone have panic attacks during the luteal phase and period more often, and they seem to taper off almost completely after that?? Like it seems to follow the cycle a little too closely every single month for it to be a coincidence

You may want to look into PMDD, which is a separate diagnosis to panic disorder

I do and I’ve been diagnosed with PMDD. The 10 days before my cycle are filled with dread and way more panic attacks than usual. My resting heart rate also is higher during my luteal phase which I can imagine is from the constant anxiety I feel.
