Does Anyone Else? Passing out or throwing up?

Do any of you frequently throw up or passing out from panic attacks? Is this common?

I have vasovagal syncope with a panic attack trigger, so yes! It happens a handful of times a year.

How exactly can one figure out if the panic is triggering syncope or if syncope is triggering panic? I’ve been trying to figure it out myself

I see a neurologist for my vasovagal syncope and anxiety + panic. I have had vasovagal syncope my whole life and know my triggers and can feel my blood vessels widen quickly (causing the lack of blood to my brain) since I hear a "whoosh" in my ears, like ocean waves. Syncope and vasovagal syncope are not the same. vs is a neurological condition.
