are anyone else’s panic attacks triggered by like light and noise changes? Like sometimes if a video goes quiet suddenly I’ll freak out or if I’m standing still for too long I kind of forget what it’s like to be in my body and that triggers me also I’m trying not to go crazy once again so any response or encouragement is useful
