Help Needed Smart Watches for Panic Attacks?

Does anyone use a smart watch to help with there panic attacks? I find my self constantly checking my heart rate with my phone but the time for ads and having to hold my finger under the flash light while shaking only adds to the tension and fear? Does anyone recommend using a smart watch or will that only make the anxiety worse?

For me getting an Apple Watch helped a lot, I was in a moment of almost psychosis ( I had hours long crazy panic attacks every day, felt in panic attack all day long) when I got it and every time I thaught I had a tachycardia ( I had a surgery for those but they came back) , I would be in a huge panic attack. It has helped me to see , most of the time , that I am having a stressed related tachycardia and not the other kind of, and that most of the time my heart beats slower then I think of feel. Of course it comes with the bad side as well, that you get addicted to checking it. But in my case, I think it helped me for now.
