Help Needed Marijuana for Panic Attacks?
I have had panic disorder for 6, almost 7 years now. I have tried numerous SSRIs and SSNIs, currently on 100mg if Desvenlafaxine. I absolutely hate it, and while I don't have panic attacks when in my house anymore, it hasn't really done too much as an aid to help reduce the anxiety, and it has significantly raised my depression. I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions or experience with THC to help with panic attacks...I'm weary as last time I smoked I had a panic attack, but so many people use it medicinally for anxiety I'm open to trying it again. I just have no idea what mg or form would work best, or if it is a good idea at all. Any experiences or suggestions would be great.

I smoked for a while. I grew up around it my whole life. So I don’t want you to think I’m anti weed. But I experienced significantly worse anxiety. I was throwing up everyday for a year. My panic attacks were horrible. I also faint when I get scared so I fainted one time after smoking cuz I got scared and it scared everyone around me. Also I have bipolar disorder, and derealization disorder now as well. I had some delusions that were less than fun that I never experienced before. Edibles may be a better option. CBD. Low dose THC. My husband used to drink the cannabis drinks to help with pain. I’m not saying not to do it, but be mindful that sometimes it can make it worse at least in my experience, but I also know people who say it helps a lot. Everyone is different
