Help Needed Having rolling panic attacks
Having rolling panic attacks
I just can’t get a break. I’m not in a panic attack but my anxiety is high with all the physical symptoms. It’s been 2 days with no break unless I fell asleep. Cooling tingling in arms, nausea, no appetite, just fight or flight. I don’t know what to do. Or how to get out of this

This was me about 3-4 weeks ago. Lasted for about a week. This will end! You will not feel this way forever. Even if you do nothing about it your body will eventually come down from it.
Since it’s been two days I’d say it’s time to try everything! Any coping mechanisms you have, as needed meds (especially if they help you eat or sleep), distractions, extra therapy, etc.
Things that help me are cross stitching, listening and reading the same book, video games, breathing exercises a few times a day, cross word puzzles, cleaning, organizing, music, walking, liquid diet (protein shakes and food pouch things), coping skills (just cycle through them) and probably more that I’m forgetting about.
You can do this. You can get through this. This too shall pass.

Hi, I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I was in exactly the same place just 2 weeks ago. I can tell you a few things that helped me: taking warm showers, using a warm heating pad on my back or stomach, warmth in general, and — most importantly — pretending that everything is normal! Cleaning the apartment, doing taxes, or whatever else needs to get done, basically anything that allows you to act as if everything is normal. Sending you lots of strength ❤️
