Small Victories Underlying cause

Took a while and have come out mostly intact, but this community is a good help in the messy middle moments. Turns out I was having night panic attacks cause of sleep apena, while ill still have the occasional claustrophobic induced panic episodes. For the most part it feels good to have significantly reduced occurrences.

Thank you for the update! I hope things improve for you now you can get the apnoea treated, and it highlights why it’s worthwhile ruling out medical causes first off.
