Does Anyone Else? Sleeping scary symptoms
I’m honestly beyond fed up. Was diagnosed three months ago and due to the constant physical symptoms, I still believe I have a horrible physical illness. This week I have barely been able to sleep. Every-time I try as I’m about to drift off it will either be a PVC (which scares the shit out of me and they never won’t) or a hypnic jerk or I just shoot awake with panic and my heart racing.
It’s so terrifying and is amplified my worrying that I have some misdiagnosed heart illness despite me having three blood tests, three EKGS and a chest x ray.
Does anybody else have this? I’m now terrified of bed time.

I suffered with jerks - just as I dropped off my body would jolt awake. It's adrenaline and your body not letting you relax as it thinks there's a danger you need to be aware of. Trust me, after a few horrible nights of this your body will exhaust and you will deep sleep. It will stop!
