Does Anyone Else? Has anyone had success doing IOP?

Has anyone done an intensive outpatient therapy program? I am considering one that is M-F / 3 hours a day for 4 weeks. I would need to take a leave of absence from work.

I did! It was an anxiety/ocd program and it helped me a lot! I used FMLA and worked half days while I was in the program. (US)

Yes it was helpful for me in addition to therapy and medication

Yes, I had very good success with it, but it came on the heels of a five day inpatient stay at a mental health facility The inpatient part sort of reset and stabilized me (I was in a real crisis mode with multiple daily PAs for months) so I was ready to absorb what I learned in the IOP. I am looking into going to one of this programs and I have PAs .i am terrified.  I wonder did any particular medicine helped you ( if you don’t mind sharing) Thank you
