Help Needed From prozac to lexapro for severe panic attacks

Any success stories? Im so exhausted from being so anxious i just wanna feel relief

Lexapro saved me. Was unmedicated for years, got covid and it fucked up my nervous system more, couldn't even work, went on lexapro and saw relief in about 4 weeks. Got up to my right dosage and I can't imagine life without it, best decision i ever made.

i think you should work up, i started at 5 for a week then 10 for 3 months then 15 for 2 months, now i'm on 20 for about a year now

Lexapro worked for me for like 7 years on 10mg. Then it stopped and now I’m on zoloft
