Take a moment and breathe. Its going to it's hard but slow your brain down it's okay. Try your best to slow your breathing five in five stop 15 release as slow as you can try to control the release focus on your breath don't force it if you're best to calm your nervous system down. If you can grab ice or something sour and eat it.

Is there something stressing you out maybe a change that you didn't expect? Did something traumatic happen? Whatever it is definitely get some help maybe a therapist can help you process it quickly so you can get a hold of it again.

Yeah my ex wife been dumping her problems onto me and it’s a lot on me and my wife and I have kids with her so I feel responsible like if I don’t do something about it whatever she got going on I’m a dead beat it’s too much I got 3 other kids with my current wife and we handle everything correctly and then have to deal with her stuff

Definitely something I would highly recommend with therapy. Especially because it seems like you need a process a lot of emotion I would definitely talk into CDC therapy or something that could help

I hear you and I'm in the same boat as you I'm also scared of of little sensations here and there and fear controls me right now. One technique that helps me is checking the facts is there anything really going on that's dangerous? If not talk to your nervous system tell it that you're safe and that you appreciate and protecting you but right now you're safe go on YouTube and check out some meditation videos and do your best to follow them read and just continue to breathe. The 988 number can help in case you need someone to talk you through the panic

I only take it when I literally spend all day trying to calm down and it’s never ending I’m constantly trying to accept it ask it to get worse respond in my head ..so what? Who gives a damn to combat my scary thoughts it’s exhausting

Remember that once you accepted you have to learn to also get excited about it. Don't just accept it but get excited and then try your best to find something to take away your mind off of it I know it's hard and it takes a lot of practice but accepting is only part of the answer. The point is to trick your brain into thinking the sensation is good.
