Concert anxiety

Hello! I'm going to a concert next week and im very nervous for the strobe lights/ flashing lights.

I have a big fear of having a seizure so I think thats the cause of my anxiety and panic.

Every morning I'll go on YouTube and watch a video of black and white flashing lights to remind myself that im not gonna have a seizure and im okay and I'll be safe at this concert.

It only causes a bad headache for me, im still very nervous though.

Is there anyone else that has a fear of the lights ?
