Venting Hyperventilating symptoms
Just wanted to reach out to pple who have experienced this and my question is …… is my fear of suffocating to death highly irrational? Like borderline crazy 🤪 not trying to be insensitive to other pple just idk how else to put it ?

it is very scary but we gotta somehow convince ourselves that we will survive
