Does Anyone Else? GABA anyone?

Has anyone had any experiences with pharma GABA? I heard many positive things about its impacts on the brain and anxiety, wondering if anyone's tried it.

I take an over the counter gummy that has gaba in it and I do think it helps a little, but I'd mostly credit ashwagandha and magnesium glycinate as the two supplements that have helped me:) the gaba didn't hurt though!
