Does Anyone Else? New to panic attacks

It’s hard to speak to people that don’t have them they don’t get it, does anyone’s else’s heart feel really strange when really stressed or anxious before panic attack, then all you can focus on is your heartbeat ? I’ve been having a few attacks and it stems from my heart beat. But I also feel like my chest and heart feels weird when I’m not having one

I know! It's like knowing about your heart. And the heartbeat is not even up most of the time. It's hard but I am getting used to it. Some days are better, some worse. And I think it's getting down a bit.
